Unused Extra Menus[]

In the VMGM menu between the MGM/UA Home Video logo and the incompatible disc screen, there are 2 leftover aspect ratio selection screens present on the DVD which the button parameter sizes are different from the one on the video stream menu even though the button's design is the same, but instead uses the VSTM version of the menu. However, it will go to it through the pre commands before the dummy PGC and then the angle menu. There is another leftover VSTM menu where the text fades in from blur while zooming one by one and the "Leaving Las Vegas" title wiping in with the radial blurred effect clocking in about 4 seconds before the main menu music is on. That menu is skipped with the jumping pre-commands in place to ignore this menu, but it can be tweaked to make it jump to the menu.
